Paul Joseph Rusin Jr.

Paul Joseph Rusin Jr. focuses his legal practice on transactional real estate, representing clients in all matters from contract through closing. With prior experience as a licensed Illinois Realtor, Paul brings a practical, real-world understanding of both buyer and seller perspectives, allowing him to anticipate issues early and guide transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Before returning home to Illinois with his family in 2016, Paul worked as an administrator for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where he was recognized with an award for leadership in 2012, and as employee of the year in 2013. Paul also has experience representing clients as a general civil and family law practitioner.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and in Florida, and is an active member of several professional organizations.

Paul and his wife live in Wheaton, Illinois with their 3 children and their dog, Bruno. Paul is a leader for Boy Scout Troop 373 and for Cub Scout Pack 335, and he takes karate classes with his daughter. On Sundays he plays drums and serves on the worship ministry at Redeemer Fellowship.
